Laura Moss, Artistic Director
Laura has performed in Egypt, Ireland, Scotland and New York. She has served as tour manager for the Palestinian National Theatre, and currently works in film and television production. She won Best Director at the Boston International Film Festival in 2009 for her short, Rising Up, and has just completed her second film, Road Less Traveled. Theatrical directing credits include: Women and Wallace (Ambitious Theatre Co.), Death and the Maiden (Meisner Theater), Diagnosis Jew Pain (NY, SF Fringe), Descent (Edinburgh Festival Fringe, AD). Writing credits include: The 9/11 Project (Edinburgh Fringe) and Burning Cities (NY Fringe).
Meghan Sharer, Executive Director
Meghan is a dramaturg, designer and founding member of QVA. She is a graduate of the Playwright's Horizons Theater School at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts (BFA 2004) and The Central School of Speech and Drama, London (MA 2008). In 2005, Meghan traveled to Rwanda to manage QVA's Rwanda Folk Tales Project. She has also worked with: Conflict Resolution Theater (Philadelphia), C-Venues (Edinburgh Fringe), Never Wait Theater & The BAC, Trafalgar Studios and The Southwark Playhouse (London) and The Story Shop (NY Fringe). Meghan is currently the production manager at the John Beasley Theater in Omaha, NE.
Jared M. Silver, Director of Technical Operations
Jared is an animator and web designer who also dabbles in the dark arts of the theatre. Credits include: sound design: Johnny Got His Gun (Sleepless Theatre Company ), Ore or Or ( Cross-Eyed Bear), Mare Cognitum (Theater of the Expendable); propsmaster: Julius Caesar, Zastrozzi: Master of Melodrama (The 7th Sign); titles & visual effects: Rising Up (Brainstorm Entertainment) and the upcoming Weakness (Apropos Films) Jared is a graduate of the Tisch Film & Television program and can be visited online at www.jaredmsilver.com.
Eve Wolff, Director of Programming and Education
Eve works in arts education administration at Young Audiences New York. She has stage-managed in the Dublin and Minneapolis fringe festivals, at 78th Street Theater Lab and the Access Theater. She is a producer with Studio 42, a NYC theater company. Performance credits include The Burning Cities Project, creator & ensemble 2006 NYCFringe Festival), The Family Abortionist (Manhattan Repertory Theatre) and Best Possible World (Theatre Space, Dublin). Eve has a B.F.A in Drama from NYU's Playwrights Horizons Theater School with a minor in Irish Studies.
