The Quo Vadimus? Theatre Company is proud to present solo performer Michael Feldman in his new one-man show DIAGNOSIS: JEW PAIN (SLIDESHOW OF A LIFE IN PROGRESS) at The New York International Fringe Festival August 8th  – 24th.

This 65-minute, non-stop performance is a farcical and off-kilter coming of age story that explores ethnicity and sexual identity. Come see comic performer Michael Feldman inhabit over fifteen characters as he recounts growing up bisexual in a conservative Brooklyn Jewish family.

Join Michael as he takes you where no Jews or Goyim have gone before! After the success of his one-man show THE DECONSTRUCTION OF A JEW, which explored Jewish stereotypes through a close look at the members of his family, Michael is now turning his attention to the one unexplored person in his family: himself. Laugh and cry with Michael as he delves into issues of religion, sexuality, politics and growing up with the most neurotic people this side of Jerusalem.

The critics are raving already! “I almost plotzed,” raves Grandma Feldman. “It’s not just schtick…it’s life!” says a random COSTCO salesperson. “Do other children make fun of their parents?” chides Mother Feldman. “There’s a fly in my soup!” screams Grandpa Feldman.

The show’s producer, The Quo Vadimus? Theater Company, is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to bringing accessible theater to a diverse audience, and to raising awareness of social and political issues through humor in live performance.

A raucous, hysterical, and brutally honest look at the way we think, the people who influence our lives, and the expectations we must live up to, DIAGNOSIS: JEW PAIN (SLIDESHOW OF A LIFE IN PROGRESS) is a must-see for any human being regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, or personal issues.
